The Rules According to JWoww: Shore-Tested Secrets on Landing a Mint Guy, Staying Fresh to Death, and Kicking the Competition to the Curb"

Tired of the subtle art of dating?  Then Jenni (JWoww) Farley's new guide to dinner, "smushing" and smackdowns is for you.

Her book, "The Rules According to JWoww: Shore-Tested Secrets on Landing a Mint Guy, Staying Fresh to Death, and Kicking the Competition to the Curb," will give interesting insight into the catfighting "Jersey Shore" star's approach to love and life.

"I am like a praying mantis," she writes in her book, according to People.com. "After I have sex with a guy, I will rip their heads off."

Not literally, we hope.

If love is like war, then JWoww is taking the metaphor literally: The book will recount her adventures in "what she has learned about men, sex and smackdowns."

The bodacious reality star doesn't exactly have the best track record when it comes to men.

She and ex-boyfriend Thomas Lippolis are locked in an ugly legal battle over money and unflattering nude photos.

Viewers will also remember that she cheated on one boyfriend with co-star Paulie at the very beginning of the first season.

We can only hope her luck as a writer is better than her experience as a fashion designer.

Her "Filthy Couture" line of sexy partywear launched to great fanfare in Las Vegas in July only to be shuttered a few months later due to legal and business woes.
